Our Story
Our company’s origins can be traced back to 2011 when Steven Adang founded our predecessor company, Anchor Pacific Financial Risk Labs (“AP Fin Labs”).
AP Fin Labs remains the cornerstone of our investment management operations today. It’s focused on optimizing data analytics and providing proprietary software, models, and technology-driven risk management solutions that empower our clients to properly navigate today’s global financial markets.
Portfolio Management
In 2016, we became registered to provide discretionary investment management services for our clients via separately managed accounts.
Private Client Wealth
In 2019, we expanded our operations to include an integrated wealth management offering. We take great pride in servicing the unique and specific needs of private clients, business owners, and multi-generational families, all of whom benefit from a centralized elite investment and risk management framework and process.
Platform Upgrade
In 2021, we joined the Aligned Capital Partners Inc. (ACPI) platform, one of Canada's fastest-growing and most innovative wealth management platforms. ACPI, which is a member of CIPF and IIROC services over 300 advisors across Canada, with assets under administration of over $13 Billion. This significantly upgraded our operational, administrative, and compliance systems, allowing us to optimize our existing resources for business growth and delivering an exemplary overall client experience.
